ASSESSING WELLNESS

We all want to feel at our best and enjoy an optimal degree of health.

However, life’s numerous demands, struggles and opportunities (yes opportunities!) become challenging factors to our wellbeing.  As an executive, leader or entrepreneur, your level of responsibility translates into longer hours, unrelenting demands on your time and energy, higher stress levels and lofty expectations regarding performance, profits and results; these elements create a particular set of factors that are physically and mentally taxing.
